By proceeding with our services, the client confirms that they have reviewed, understood, and approved all design documents submitted by the designer. The client acknowledges that the selected designs, wood type, color, components, and accessories fully meet their requirements. Upon approval, manufacturing will commence based on the finalized designs.
- Design and Material Modifications
- Once the final design is approved and submitted for production, changes to the wood type or color are not permitted.
- Any modifications requested after approval will incur additional costs, which will be evaluated by the company and added to the invoice.
- Payment Terms
- The client agrees to make payments in two installments:
- 50% of the total contract amount upon signing the agreement.
- Remaining balance to be paid at least 10 working days before installation.
- Failure to make the final payment on time will result in the postponement of installation until full payment is received.
- A payment voucher will be issued for each transaction.
- Site Preparation Before Installation
- The client must ensure the site is ready at least 10 working days before installation, including:
- The area being clear of obstacles.
- Completed flooring.
- A working electrical power source available.
- If electricity is unavailable, the client must provide an alternative power source.
- If the site is not ready and the company is not informed at least 10 working days in advance, a 2,000 AED rescheduling fee will apply, and a new installation date will be subject to availability.
- Manufacturing and Installation Timeline
- Manufacturing will take 30 to 45 days from final design approval and factory submission.
- Installation will be scheduled based on the company’s availability after manufacturing is complete.
- Depending on the project’s size, installation may take more than one day.
- Modifications and Additions During Execution
- The scope of work is limited to the approved designs and contract terms. Additional work requires an official change order with agreed costs, signed by both parties.
- Relocation or reinstallation requests during the warranty period will incur a 25% charge of the contract value (minimum 2,500 AED), excluding any product modifications, which will have additional costs.
- Relocation or reinstallation requests after the warranty period will be subject to a new quotation based on product condition and required repairs.
- Refund policy
Cancellation fees apply based on the project’s progress:
- Before planning and production → 10% of the total contract value (minimum 3,000 AED).
- After planning and material procurement but before manufacturing → 25% of the total contract value (minimum 5,000 AED).
- After manufacturing has started → 50% of the total contract value (minimum 7,000 AED).
- After installation begins, no refund is provided, and the client must pay the full contract amount.
- The company shall reserve the right to accept or refuse partial installation.
- The company retains ownership of any purchased raw materials, and the client has no claim over them.

- Inspection and Acceptance
- After installation, the client must inspect the product for quality and quantity.
- Any concerns must be raised with the installation engineer before the team leaves.
- A delivery receipt must be signed by the client as final acceptance.
- Warranty and Maintenance
- The company provides a 25-year warranty against manufacturing or material defects.
- The warranty does not cover:
- Glass, mirrors, leather, or fabric components.
- Damages caused by misuse, extreme weather, excessive heat, humidity, or water leakage.
- The warranty for lighting and electrical components is limited to one year from installation.
- Maintenance, replacements, or modifications during the warranty period depend on material availability, and the company does not guarantee an exact match to the original materials.
